Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract into another bowl.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
- Scoop generous mounds of batter onto the prepared baking tray, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
