Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract into another bowl.
  5. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  6. Scoop generous mounds of batter onto the prepared baking tray, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
