Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, combine dark chocolate and olive oil over simmering water, stirring until melted.
- Whisk the Eggs: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until frothy and pale.
- Add the Sweetness: Mix maple syrup and vanilla into the whisked eggs.
- Combine Chocolate & Eggs: Slowly pour melted chocolate into egg mixture while whisking continuously.
- Add Protein Powder: Sift in protein powder and mix until incorporated.
- Season It Up: Stir in a pinch of salt.
- Chill the Mixture: Pour into cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh berries, olive oil drizzle, or sea salt before serving.
