Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, combine dark chocolate and olive oil over simmering water, stirring until melted.
  2. Whisk the Eggs: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until frothy and pale.
  3. Add the Sweetness: Mix maple syrup and vanilla into the whisked eggs.
  4. Combine Chocolate & Eggs: Slowly pour melted chocolate into egg mixture while whisking continuously.
  5. Add Protein Powder: Sift in protein powder and mix until incorporated.
  6. Season It Up: Stir in a pinch of salt.
  7. Chill the Mixture: Pour into cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh berries, olive oil drizzle, or sea salt before serving.
