Ingredients

- Protein Powder (1 cup)
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup)
- Matcha Powder (2 tablespoons)
- Honey or Maple Syrup (to taste)
- Sea Salt (a pinch)
Instructions
- Prepare your baking dish by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the protein powder and matcha until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
- Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.
- Spread the mixture into the lined baking dish and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Sprinkle with sea salt across the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
