Description

A light, creamy, coffee-flavored dessert enriched with protein, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping your energy up.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup Protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until it thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  4. Incorporate the protein powder by gently folding it in with a spatula.
  5. Add the cooled espresso, folding carefully to maintain the airy texture.
  6. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then serve.

Notes

For variations, try adding cocoa powder for a mocha flavor or spices like cinnamon and nutmeg for a warm twist. You can also substitute the heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
