Description

A nostalgic treat that combines classic peanut butter and jelly flavors with a healthy protein-packed twist.


Ingredients

  • 200g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Fruit Preserves or Jelly (grape or strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • Flaky Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate by breaking it into small pieces and microwaving it in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter until fully blended.
  3. Add the protein powder and stir gently until uniformly mixed, adding coconut oil if needed.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and flatten it out evenly.
  5. Swirl in the jelly with a toothpick for that classic flavor.
  6. Add nuts and flaky sea salt on top if desired.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set.
  8. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
