- 200g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Fruit Preserves or Jelly (grape or strawberry)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
- Flaky Sea Salt (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by breaking it into small pieces and microwaving it in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Mix in the peanut butter until fully blended.
- Add the protein powder and stir gently until uniformly mixed, adding coconut oil if needed.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and flatten it out evenly.
- Swirl in the jelly with a toothpick for that classic flavor.
- Add nuts and flaky sea salt on top if desired.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
