Instructions
- Prepare the figs by rinsing fresh ones or chopping dried figs into small pieces.
- Gather clear glasses or bowls for layering the parfait.
- Start with a scoop of Greek yogurt at the bottom of the glass.
- Add figs on top of the yogurt layer.
- Drizzle honey over the figs.
- Sprinkle granola on top.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
- Garnish with chia seeds or nuts before serving.
