Description

A wholesome and delightful parfait featuring creamy Greek yogurt, sweet figs, a drizzle of honey, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or light desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt (regular or non-fat)
  • 1 cup Figs (fresh or dried)
  • 1/4 cup Honey (or agave nectar for vegan option)
  • 1 cup Granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the figs by rinsing fresh ones or chopping dried figs into small pieces.
  2. Gather clear glasses or bowls for layering the parfait.
  3. Start with a scoop of Greek yogurt at the bottom of the glass.
  4. Add figs on top of the yogurt layer.
  5. Drizzle honey over the figs.
  6. Sprinkle granola on top.
  7. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
  8. Garnish with chia seeds or nuts before serving.

Notes

This parfait can be made in advance. Store granola separately until serving to maintain its crunch.
