- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberry puree
- 1 cup fresh blueberry puree
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
- Bake the crust at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, or refrigerate if keeping it no-bake.
- Make the filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Color the filling by dividing it into three bowls and mixing in strawberry and blueberry purees.
- Swirl the colored filling into the crust, alternating colors.
- Chill the pie in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with fresh berries and enjoy!

If using frozen berries, ensure they’re thawed and drained before use.
