- 2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup sliced Almonds
- Filo Dough (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the chopped walnuts and sliced almonds on a baking sheet and toast for about 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Start layering your jars with a scoop of the yogurt mixture and a sprinkle of toasted nuts.
- Continue layering yogurt and nuts, aiming for about three layers, with nuts on top.
- Drizzle extra honey and sprinkle more nuts before serving.
