Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Sear in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Make the bruschetta topping: Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine it all: Toss the drained pasta with sliced chicken and bruschetta mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
