Description

A comforting and flavorful dish merging cheesy pierogi with spicy Buffalo sauce, topped with creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • Pierogi (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¾ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or cheese blend)
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add your pierogi in a single layer and cook until they’re golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  2. Pour in the Buffalo sauce and toss gently to coat every pierogi. Allow to simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in ½ cup of ranch dressing until everything is well-combined and heated through.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pierogi and cover the skillet. Let it melt for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions. Serve with extra ranch on the side if desired.
