Description

A delightful and comforting casserole that combines cheesy goodness with crispy bacon, transforming instant ramen into a rich, creamy bake.

Ingredients

  • Ramen Noodles (2 packs)
  • Bacon (6 slices)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)
  • Egg (1 large)
  • Green Onions (2, chopped)
  • Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
  • Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, reserving a tablespoon of bacon grease.
  2. Boil a medium pot of water, add ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets), and cook for 3-4 minutes; drain.
  3. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese (save some for topping!), egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
  4. Add chopped bacon and cooked ramen to the cream cheese mixture, along with green onions; gently mix until coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with reserved cheddar cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Serve with chopped green onions on top and alongside a crisp green salad or garlic bread.
