Ingredients
- Ramen Noodles (2 packs)
- Bacon (6 slices)
- Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)
- Egg (1 large)
- Green Onions (2, chopped)
- Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
- Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
- Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, reserving a tablespoon of bacon grease.
- Boil a medium pot of water, add ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets), and cook for 3-4 minutes; drain.
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese (save some for topping!), egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
- Add chopped bacon and cooked ramen to the cream cheese mixture, along with green onions; gently mix until coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with reserved cheddar cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Serve with chopped green onions on top and alongside a crisp green salad or garlic bread.
