- 8 oz Pasta of Your Choice
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
- 4–6 slices Bacon
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer bacon to a plate and reserve some drippings in the skillet.
- Sauté the Chicken: Add diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
- Bring in the Creaminess: Lower heat, add cream cheese, and stir until melted. Then add ranch dressing and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Mix it All Together: Add pasta to the skillet, fold in chopped bacon and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve with Love: Plate pasta, garnish with remaining bacon bits and additional cheddar, and enjoy!
Notes
Pairs nicely with garlic bread or a fresh salad. Can be made ahead and baked before serving.
