- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bag frozen waffle fries
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Cook the ground beef, breaking it up until browned.
- Mix in the peas and carrots, cooking for a few minutes.
- Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, followed by thyme and simmer.
- Assemble the filling in a baking dish and top with waffle fries.
- Add shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until fries are crispy.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
