- 2 medium-sized Baked Potatoes
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Cooked Bacon (chopped)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup Chives (chopped)
- Olive Oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese-ranch mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Slice your baked potatoes and layer them on top of the ranch spread.
- Sprinkle the chopped bacon bits over the potatoes, followed by shredded cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Transfer the pizza (with parchment) to the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped chives and allow to rest before slicing.
