Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized Baked Potatoes
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon (chopped)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup Chives (chopped)
  • Olive Oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese-ranch mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Slice your baked potatoes and layer them on top of the ranch spread.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped bacon bits over the potatoes, followed by shredded cheese.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  9. Transfer the pizza (with parchment) to the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  10. Garnish with chopped chives and allow to rest before slicing.
