Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make Teriyaki Chicken Dinner cooked in foil packets for maximum moisture and taste.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots (sliced thinly)
  • 2 Green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Tear off sheets of aluminum foil about 12 inches long, doubling them up for a secure seal.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a bowl and drizzle teriyaki sauce over them, marinating for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Layer broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots on the foil, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Set the marinated chicken on top of the veggies and drizzle with leftover teriyaki sauce.
  6. Wrap the foil tightly around the chicken and veggies to create a secure packet.
  7. Cook on the grill for 20-25 minutes or in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  8. Unwrap the packets carefully, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Try adding fresh pineapple chunks or swapping chicken for firm tofu for a vegetarian twist.
