- 2 medium Fresh Peaches, sliced
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Ice Cubes
- 1–2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- Optional: 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds or Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Wash peaches, slice, and remove the pit. If using frozen peaches, let them sit to reduce ice buildup.
- Blend the peaches in a blender to create a nice base.
- Add one cup of coconut milk and Greek yogurt for creaminess.
- Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.
- Toss in the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with more coconut milk if needed.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or coconut flavor if necessary.
- Serve the mixture in a tall glass and enjoy!
Notes
For a tropical twist, add pineapple or berries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
