Ingredients

  • 2 medium Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes
  • 12 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds or Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash peaches, slice, and remove the pit. If using frozen peaches, let them sit to reduce ice buildup.
  2. Blend the peaches in a blender to create a nice base.
  3. Add one cup of coconut milk and Greek yogurt for creaminess.
  4. Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.
  5. Toss in the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with more coconut milk if needed.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or coconut flavor if necessary.
  7. Serve the mixture in a tall glass and enjoy!
