Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blackberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or plant-based)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss blackberries with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Set the berry mixture aside to meld flavors.
- Combine almond flour, rolled oats, protein powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil and honey/maple syrup to the dry ingredients; mix until crumbly.
- Fill muffin tins with berry mixture, then top with the cobbler mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then remove.
Notes
Serve with Greek yogurt, whipped cream, or a drizzle of honey for added flavor.
