Instructions
- Prep the Chocolate: Start by chopping the dark chocolate into small pieces. Melt it gently in a microwave-safe bowl, pausing to stir every 30 seconds until it’s completely smooth.
- Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine your Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), orange zest, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Chocolate and Yogurt Mixture: Once your chocolate is melted and slightly cooled, pour it into the yogurt mixture. Fold them together gently.
- Taste Test!: Taste your mixture before you pour it into the pots. Adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Portion It Out: Spoon the chocolate mixture into small serving dishes or ramekins, aiming for about three-quarters full.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate your pots for at least 120 minutes.
