Instructions
- Prepare your lavender infusion by combining 1/2 cup of water with the culinary lavender in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and protein powder in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Incorporate the cooled lavender infusion into the yogurt mixture, stirring continuously.
- Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, mixing until combined.
- Whip the mixture on high for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
- Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh berries or edible flowers.
Notes
For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
