Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon culinary lavender
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your lavender infusion by combining 1/2 cup of water with the culinary lavender in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and protein powder in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the cooled lavender infusion into the yogurt mixture, stirring continuously.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, mixing until combined.
  5. Whip the mixture on high for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
  6. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
