Ingredients

- 2 cups Pretzels (bite-sized like sticks or twists)
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (60-70% cacao)
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- ¼ cup Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate-flavored)
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
- Optional toppings: Chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, crushed candies, or coconut flakes
Instructions
- Prep the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Chocolate: Combine dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted.
- Mix the Wet Ingredients: Combine melted peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Combine Everything: Fold in the pretzels and protein powder until well coated.
- Spread the Mixture: Pour the pretzel mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it down.
- Finish with Sea Salt: Sprinkle sea salt evenly over the top.
- Add Toppings (If Desired): Sprinkle any fun toppings while the chocolate is still soft.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Break into Pieces: Once set, break into pieces for serving.
