Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
  • Optional toppings: Chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, crushed candies, or coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Combine dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted.
  3. Mix the Wet Ingredients: Combine melted peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Combine Everything: Fold in the pretzels and protein powder until well coated.
  5. Spread the Mixture: Pour the pretzel mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it down.
