Description

A creamy and dreamy dessert that combines the flavors of white chocolate and yuzu for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup yuzu juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl set over a saucepan with simmering water.
  2. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over the water in a small bowl and letting it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the yuzu juice and powdered sugar in another bowl, then mix in the bloomed gelatin.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream carefully.
  6. Add the yuzu-gelatin mixture and Greek yogurt, folding gently until combined.
  7. Chill the mousse in prepared serving dishes for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve with optional whipped cream, zest, or berries on top.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and gelatin with agar-agar.
