Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Sweetener (sugar, honey, or stevia)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 medium Pears, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Graham Cracker Crust
  • ½ cup melted Butter
  • ¼ cup Sugar for crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Make the crust by mixing crushed graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then add Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced pears and thyme gently.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until edges are set and center is wobbly.
  8. Cool gradually in the oven for an hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
