Ingredients

- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Granola or crushed nuts (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the raspberries: Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Reserve a handful for garnish.
- Mix the yogurt base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), rose water, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
- Create layers: In small cups, layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add fresh raspberries: Place a layer of raspberries on top of the yogurt.
- Repeat layering with remaining yogurt and a final layer of raspberries.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Top and serve: Sprinkle with granola or nuts and add reserved raspberries as garnish.
Notes
These cups can be prepared a day in advance. Just add toppings right before serving to maintain their crunch.
