Description

A light and refreshing treat made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, and topped with fresh berries. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start with your yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of Greek yogurt. Use a whisk or spatula to make it creamy.
  2. Add protein powder: Sprinkle in about 1/2 cup of your chosen protein powder. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
  3. Mix in sweeteners: Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and mix well to combine.
  4. Incorporate frozen berries: Fold in 1 cup of your frozen berries.
  5. Form the snow: Serve immediately or freeze the mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour for a firmer texture.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Scoop your protein yogurt snow into bowls, and top with extra berries and coconut flakes.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use thicker Greek yogurt. Adjust sweetness to taste.
