- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup frozen berries

Instructions
- Start with your yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of Greek yogurt. Use a whisk or spatula to make it creamy.
- Add protein powder: Sprinkle in about 1/2 cup of your chosen protein powder. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
- Mix in sweeteners: Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and mix well to combine.
- Incorporate frozen berries: Fold in 1 cup of your frozen berries.
- Form the snow: Serve immediately or freeze the mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour for a firmer texture.
- Serve and enjoy: Scoop your protein yogurt snow into bowls, and top with extra berries and coconut flakes.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use thicker Greek yogurt. Adjust sweetness to taste.
