Description

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Roll Dough (2 cans)
  • Pumpkin Puree (1 cup)
  • Brown Sugar (1 cup)
  • Cinnamon (2 tsp)
  • Nutmeg (½ tsp)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
  • Eggs (2 large)
  • Milk (½ cup)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Powdered Sugar (1½ cups)
  • Extra Cinnamon & Nutmeg (for the glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Make the pumpkin mixture by combining pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Unroll the cinnamon roll dough onto a clean workspace.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough back into a log shape, sealing the edges.
  7. Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces.
  8. Arrange the sliced rolls in the greased baking dish.
  9. Make the egg mixture by whisking together eggs and milk, then pour it over the rolls.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Prepare the cream cheese glaze by beating softened cream cheese, then gradually adding powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a splash of milk until smooth.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls once they are slightly cooled.
