Ingredients

- 2–3 large Eggs
- 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
- 1–2 cups assorted Fruits
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl and season.
- Heat a non-stick skillet and add oil or butter.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook gently until fluffy.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet for 20-30 seconds each side.
- Layer scrambled eggs, avocado, and spinach in a tortilla, then roll tightly.
- Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes and prepare other fruits.
- Fill the bento box with wraps, cherry tomatoes, and fruits.
- Add a cup of Greek yogurt as a dip.
Notes
You can substitute eggs with tofu for a vegan option and customize fruits based on seasons.
