  • Banana (1 medium)
  • Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • Milk (1 cup)
  • Honey or Maple Syrup (1-2 tablespoons)
  • Ice (1 cup)
  • Optional Add-ins: Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon), Spinach (a handful), Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cool, running water.
  2. Remove the green tops and slice them in half.
  3. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  4. Add the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and your choice of milk to the blender.
  5. Include honey or maple syrup if desired, along with any optional add-ins.
  6. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  7. Toss in the ice and blend again until well combined.
