Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries (2 cups)
- Banana (1 medium)
- Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Honey or Maple Syrup (1-2 tablespoons)
- Ice (1 cup)
- Optional Add-ins: Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon), Spinach (a handful), Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cool, running water.
- Remove the green tops and slice them in half.
- Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
- Add the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and your choice of milk to the blender.
- Include honey or maple syrup if desired, along with any optional add-ins.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Toss in the ice and blend again until well combined.
- Taste the smoothie and add more sweetness if necessary, then blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish as desired.
