Ranch Chicken Pretzel Sliders

Delicious sliders with seasoned chicken and soft pretzel bread, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 8 Pretzel Buns
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix in the remaining ranch seasoning.
  4. Prepare the pretzel buns by cutting them in half or making homemade dough.
  5. Assemble your sliders by adding shredded chicken and cheese to the bottom half of each pretzel bun.
  6. Melt the butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the pretzel buns.
  7. Bake the sliders on a lined sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy with a side of vegetables or a light salad.
