- 1 lb Chicken Breasts
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- 8 Pretzel Buns
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix in the remaining ranch seasoning.
- Prepare the pretzel buns by cutting them in half or making homemade dough.
- Assemble your sliders by adding shredded chicken and cheese to the bottom half of each pretzel bun.
- Melt the butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the pretzel buns.
- Bake the sliders on a lined sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy with a side of vegetables or a light salad.
