Description

Ingredients

  • Oats (1 cup)
  • All-Purpose Flour (½ cup)
  • Brown Sugar (½ cup)
  • Unsalted Butter (½ cup, melted)
  • Cinnamon (½ teaspoon)
  • Salt (a pinch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the raspberry filling by tossing fresh raspberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the filled raspberries into an 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  4. Make the crisp topping by combining oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Assemble the crisp by sprinkling the topping evenly over the raspberry layer.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the raspberries are bubbling.
