- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine sliced peaches and raspberries in a mixing bowl with ¼ cup sugar and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix milk, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl, then pour into dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a greased baking dish, dollop the batter over the fruit.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
