Description

A delicious and nutritious salmon wrap packed with fresh veggies and creamy spreads, perfect for quick meals.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Salmon Fillets (about 1 lb)
  • Whole Wheat or Spinach Tortillas (4 large)
  • Cream Cheese (4 oz)
  • Lettuce or Spinach (2 cups, shredded)
  • Sliced Cucumber (1 cup)
  • Shredded Carrots (1/2 cup)
  • Dijon Mustard or Spicy Sriracha (to taste)
  • Chopped Fresh Herbs (such as dill or parsley, 1/4 cup)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place your salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Combine the cream cheese and Dijon mustard (or sriracha, if you like things spicy) in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Wash and prepare your veggies. Shred the lettuce, slice the cucumbers, and shred the carrots.
  5. Spread a generous layer of your cream cheese mixture onto a tortilla.
  6. Place a handful of shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, and shreds of carrot on top.
  7. Add the salmon fillet and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from one end to the other.
  9. Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra mustard or sriracha on the side for dipping!

Notes

Warm tortillas slightly to prevent tearing during assembly. Prep everything but the wraps in advance for optimal freshness.
