- 1 pound Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2–3 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Vegetables for Stir-Fry (zucchini, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Your Blackstone: Set your griddle to medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken: Add oil to the griddle and then the marinated chicken. Sear for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and add butter: Flip the chicken and add butter and chopped green onions on top.
- Toss in veggies: Once the chicken is almost cooked, add the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Finish and serve: Remove from heat, drizzle with more soy sauce, and serve on a large platter.
Notes
For a lighter dish, substitute chicken with turkey or use tofu for a vegan option. Feel free to add spices like sriracha for heat or pineapple for sweetness.
