Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Let it melt.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit for about 10 seconds.
- Stir the eggs gently using a spatula, pushing from the edge towards the center.
- Keep stirring until small curds form, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat when slightly undercooked.
- Pop the slices of bread in the toaster until golden and crunchy.
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl and season as desired.
- Slice fresh strawberries while waiting for the toast.
- Assemble the dish by spreading mashed avocado on toasted bread, followed by scrambled eggs and topped with sliced strawberries.
