Instructions
- Start by prepping your ingredients. Cut your sausages into 1-inch pieces and chop the bell peppers and onions into roughly the same size.
- Soak those skewers if using wooden ones to prevent burning.
- Combine the sausage pieces, chopped bell peppers, and onions in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Take your soaked skewers and start layering the sausage and veggies.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Check for doneness; sausages should reach at least 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
