- 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions
- Cook the turkey if you don’t have leftovers, roast or boil some to shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Prep the veggies by chopping the celery and red onion.
- Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sweet pickle relish in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the diced turkey, celery, and red onion with the dressing, gently tossing to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve the turkey salad in lettuce leaves or between slices of bread or croissants.
