  • 1 cup Milk
  • 12 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Wash and Prepare the Strawberries: Start by rinsing the fresh strawberries under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the green tops and cut them in half for easier blending.
  2. Add Ingredients to Blender: In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, milk, and honey. Layer the ingredients starting with the lighter ones.
  3. Add Ice: Toss in the cup of ice to achieve that frosty texture.
  4. Blend it Up: Secure the lid and blend on high until smooth and creamy—about 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in Graham Cracker Crumbs: Add the graham cracker crumbs and give the blender a quick pulse to mix them in.
  6. Taste and Adjust: Take a sip and add more honey/maple syrup if needed. Blend again if you add anything in!
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Pour your shake into a tall glass, add whipped cream on top, and sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs for a finishing touch.
