Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries (2 cups)
- Lemon Juice (1/2 cup)
- Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
- Honey or Maple Syrup (2 tablespoons)
- Ice Cubes (1 cup)
- Water or Almond Milk (1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Prep the strawberries: Wash the strawberries and remove the stems, cutting them in half if they’re large.
- Juice the lemons: Cut lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer.
- Combine ingredients: Add strawberries, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, honey, and water to the blender.
- Add ice: Toss in ice cubes on top of the fruit mixture.
- Blend away: Secure the lid and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
