- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they crumble into fine crumbs.
- Melt the unsalted butter until just melted and combine with graham cracker crumbs.
- Press the mixture into a 9×9-inch square dish to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the crust.
- Arrange the fresh berries on top of the creamy layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice into square pieces and serve chilled, garnished with mint if desired.
Notes
This dessert can be made a day in advance for optimal flavor. For variations, try using different fruits or add layers of chocolate for a twist!
