Description

Buttery, flaky croissants layered with succulent turkey, fresh veggies, and a zesty spread, perfect for casual lunches or brunches.


Ingredients

  • Flaky croissants
  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Swiss cheese
  • Fresh spinach or mixed greens
  • Tomato slices
  • Avocado
  • Creamy Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the croissants by slicing them in half horizontally.
  3. Spread a layer of creamy Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Layer a few slices of turkey breast over the mustard.
  5. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the turkey.
  6. Next, add a handful of fresh spinach and tomato slices.
  7. Add avocado slices on top if using.
  8. Finish by placing the top half of the croissant back on.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melting and croissants are golden.
