Ingredients
- Flaky croissants
- Sliced turkey breast
- Swiss cheese
- Fresh spinach or mixed greens
- Tomato slices
- Avocado
- Creamy Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the croissants by slicing them in half horizontally.
- Spread a layer of creamy Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer a few slices of turkey breast over the mustard.
- Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the turkey.
- Next, add a handful of fresh spinach and tomato slices.
- Add avocado slices on top if using.
- Finish by placing the top half of the croissant back on.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melting and croissants are golden.
