Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortilla wraps
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Season the turkey with taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 more minutes.
  4. Prepare your muffin tin by pressing tortilla wraps into each muffin cup to form small cups.
  5. Fill each tortilla cup with a heaping tablespoon of the turkey mixture.
