- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small tortilla wraps
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sour cream (optional, for serving)
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the turkey with taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 more minutes.
- Prepare your muffin tin by pressing tortilla wraps into each muffin cup to form small cups.
- Fill each tortilla cup with a heaping tablespoon of the turkey mixture.
- Layer with one tablespoon of black beans and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
