Ingredients

  • Hummus (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Carrots, cut into sticks
  • Cucumbers, sliced into rounds
  • Bell peppers, sliced into strips
  • Radishes, cut into wedges
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Mix of green and black olives
  • Pita chips or crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Hummus: If using store-bought hummus, skip this step. For homemade, drain and rinse chickpeas, blend with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt until creamy.
  2. Chop Your Veggies: Slice carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and radishes. Halve cherry tomatoes.
  3. Arrange Your Box: Grab a large platter, scoop hummus on one side, and arrange veggies around it.
  4. Add the Olives: Place olives in a bowl or scatter on the platter.
  5. Serve with Pita Chips: Add pita chips or crackers to the board for dipping.

Notes

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and paprika on top of hummus for extra flavor.
