Ingredients

- Hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Carrots, cut into sticks
- Cucumbers, sliced into rounds
- Bell peppers, sliced into strips
- Radishes, cut into wedges
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Mix of green and black olives
- Pita chips or crackers
Instructions
- Prepare the Hummus: If using store-bought hummus, skip this step. For homemade, drain and rinse chickpeas, blend with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt until creamy.
- Chop Your Veggies: Slice carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and radishes. Halve cherry tomatoes.
- Arrange Your Box: Grab a large platter, scoop hummus on one side, and arrange veggies around it.
- Add the Olives: Place olives in a bowl or scatter on the platter.
- Serve with Pita Chips: Add pita chips or crackers to the board for dipping.
Notes
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and paprika on top of hummus for extra flavor.
