Description

A fun and nostalgic twist on a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich, these Waffle PB&J Dippers are perfect for breakfast or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Jam or Jelly
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Combine everything together until just mixed.
  5. Grease the waffle iron with butter.
  6. Cook waffles until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
  7. Prepare your dipping station with jams and jellies.
  8. Let the waffles cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flax eggs, and choose plant-based milk.
