A fun and nostalgic twist on a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich, these Waffle PB&J Dippers are perfect for breakfast or snack time.

- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Jam or Jelly
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine everything together until just mixed.
- Grease the waffle iron with butter.
- Cook waffles until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
- Prepare your dipping station with jams and jellies.
- Let the waffles cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flax eggs, and choose plant-based milk.
