Description

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon puree by cutting watermelon into chunks and blending until smooth; strain to remove pulp.
  2. Melt the chocolate by combining white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the watermelon puree, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Set the fudge mixture into a lined 9×9 inch baking tray, smoothing the top and adding any desired toppings.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Slice the fudge into squares or rectangles and serve with whipped cream or additional watermelon slices.
