- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon: Start by cutting your watermelon into cubes and removing any seeds if using a seeded variety.
- Blend the cubed watermelon, sugar, and lime juice until smooth. Optionally, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sugar if necessary.
- Chill the mixture in a shallow baking dish for 2-3 hours until set.
- Scrape the mixture with a fork to aerate it.
- Final freeze for another hour until firm.
- Serve the sorbet into bowls, garnish with mint, and enjoy!
