  • Eggs (2 large)
  • Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan, pricking the bottom with a fork.
  3. Layer the sliced tomatoes in the crust, sprinkling salt between layers.
