- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

- 1/2 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla to the mashed bananas, whisking until combined.
- Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Stir in optional nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
